T’was the night before Christmas, which means its time for cocktails!!
This festive treat uses Sloe Gin and muddled cranberries with lemon and sugar for a yummy festive treat.
Handful of cranberries (8-10)
Chill a coupe glass.
Muddle the cranberries in a boston shaker, add 50ml of sloe gin, Juice of half a lemon 12.5ml of sugar syrup and an egg white.
Fill with ice and shake vigorously for around 20 seconds.
Srtain into the chilled glass and garnish with cranberries.
